Configuring BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise destination options

The BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise options on the Destination page specify the destination vault, path, document type, and other options.

Note The publishing job can also be influenced by any publishing options that are set for individual documents as described in System link publishing options.

To configure the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise destination system options:

In BlueCielo Application Manager, expand the name of the publishing job in the configuration tree that you want to configure.
Select the Configuration branch in the configuration tree. The job's configuration pages appear in the right pane.
Click the Destination tab. The Destination configuration page appears.
From the Type list, select BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise or BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise (Rendition).
If you selected BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise, click Browse and select the destination vault. The BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise options appear.
Click the expand icon next to an option group name to show the options in that group.
Select or enter options using the descriptions in the following table.

Note If you selected BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise (Rendition), not all of the following options are available.

Meridian Enterprise destination options
Option	Description
Document type group
Change to	Select a document type from the list to assign to the documents in the destination system.
Use document type of Meridian source document	Keeps the original document type from the source system. Available only if the source system is a Meridian Enterprise vault.
Use property value from source document	Select a property from the list to apply the value as the document type in the destination system. Available only if the source system is a Meridian Enterprise vault.
Destination folder group
Folder	Type the name of the folder in the destination system where you want to publish the documents.
Miscellaneous group (Available only if the source system is a Meridian Enterprise vault.)
Keep revision information	Sets the Revision and Revision Name properties of the published document to the same values as the source document.
Keep modification information	Sets the Modified and ModifiedBy properties of the published document to the same values as the source document.
Keep status	Keeps the source document workflow status.
Keep manager(s)	Keeps the source document workflow managers.
Keep to-do person(s)	Keeps the source document to-do persons.
Identify by Global ID if document path is not available	If the document in the destination vault can not be found based on its destination path, then the document will be retrieved using its GlobalID value, which is set to the ID of the source document.
Add comment when document has been published	Adds a comment to the workflow log (Comments property) when the document is published to the destination vault.
Create thumbnail	Generates a thumbnail in the destination vault when the document is published.
Watermark prior revision	Applies a watermark to the prior revision of the rendition (if one exists) when a new revision is created. Note This option assumes that renditions exist in the destination vault that were created by another publishing job. If the vault does not contain renditions of prior revisions, this option has no effect.

Click Save to save your changes.
